Platform for Online B2B Procurement & Purchasing

Taahhut.com is a B2B platform for companies to streamline their purchasing & procurement operations by leveraging marketplace & online tender features, which are conventionally made offline and are heavily location dependent.
Buyers and suppliers meet at Taahhut.com to buy & sell high volume and high value items on enterprise scale, for the increased efficiency, competitiveness and transparency of the whole process the platform offers.

Before we joined, Taahhut.com was serving numerous B2B clients on an existing design & infrastructure which was (waaaaaaaaay!) outdated not just in terms of usability, visual and software/technical wise, but its critical business flows were in dire need of improvement.

That's where we stepped in.

Our team undertook a big workload, completely redesigning everything about the platform, modernizing its whole custom infrastructure, re-coding EVERYTHING (it was huge, suffice to say).

Our biggest challenge during this project was budget and resources. Our small team had to put in a lot of hours to analyse and understand the business.
The client had endured high employee turnover and a huge portion of their workflow know-how was lost. Their existing software development partner was unresponsive and relations were on a thread.


We worked hard to understand their business end-to-end, which was incredibly high in complexity, to the point that it was hindering their conversion targets.
The first thing we did was to simplify the flow, which previously entailed a lot of excessive steps, that as a result, hindered not only user acquisition, but also task completion, which was heavily affecting revenue generation and at the same time was creating huge and unnecessary operational costs, client-side.

Limited team was due to client-side budget constraints.
Yet they needed us, wanted it to be us to work on the project.

We (lovingly) wanted them to succeed, thus shed blood & tears to make that happen.

The project is complete and tested.
Our client has put the launch on hold for strategic reasons.
We are eagerly waiting to release it and would love to continue working on it.
